Our shipping times are 48 maximum from the moment we validate your order.

Delivery times may vary from country to country.

They are generally between 8 and 12 working days for mainland France, and between 10 and 20 days for the rest of the world.

Additional delays, beyond our control, may occur. This could, for example, be a logistical defect from our partner transport company, or even the post office.

We decline all responsibility for delivery times longer than the information set out above.

Refunds for packages not received will be made from 40 days after the order date.
