Refund policy

RETURNS:

If 14 days after receipt of your order have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

To carry out return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we We received well. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Refunds late or missing (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email tocontact@my-nanobricks.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Based depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item from value greater than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
